I have a 20-year-old Who I have been filing on my taxes for years. This past year she worked under a work-study program in college as a 1099 and earned over $9000 For the year of 2022. How do I file her as a dependent on my taxes or can I file her as a dependent on my taxes

If they are under 19 or under 24 and a full time student you can still claim them.
You don't include their income on your return. It would only go on their return if they are required to file one. To file a separate return for your dependent you need to set up a new account. Online is only good for one return per account. You can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start a new online return

Be sure on their return they check the box that says they can be claimed on someone else’s return. If their only income is W2 and under 12,950 they do not have to file a return except to get back any withholding taken out.
Since she has 1099NEC income that is self employment. She has to fill out Schedule C for it and pay self employment tax on it.
