How to connect to USAA

Currently, no, USAA is not on the list.  If your financial institution is not on the Intuit Import Partner list, you will have to manually enter the information from the tax forms.    Click on Enter a different way at the bottom of the import screen to manually enter your info.

Are you kidding me!?  The USAA logo is in the picture of bank logos on the bank import page! Seriously Intiuit, pull your heads out.

How to connect to USAA

"USAA Mutual Funds, brought to you by Victory Capital" does appear on the list of import partners for TurboTax.

Did you go to the Form 1099-B section of TurboTax and follow the instructions there for importing from a listed partner?

If so, and some of the information is missing, you might try deleting the statement and importing again. If that doesn't capture them all, then you may need to enter the missing transactions yourself via the interview.  It's also possible that not all of that brokerage's information documents were included in the import because they are not yet available:

If your financial institution is a TurboTax 1099 Import Partner, you'll likely be able to import your 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-OID, 1099-R, 1099-NEC, and 1099-MISC (without entries in boxes 8 or 10) by January 31, 2025. And you'll likely be able to import your 1099-B and 1099-MISC (with entries in boxes 8 or 10) by February 15, 2025. If your brokerage issues a consolidated tax statement with several types of 1099s, which is common, you might not be able to import any of your 1099s until February 15, 2025. Since that is today, you might want to check again tomorrow.

Check here for updates to the Help Article with this information. You can also check with your brokerage directly as to whether all of their information documents are available for import.

How to connect to USAA

You're missing the point. When one tries to import information one enters the name of the institution. USAA does not show up as an option, even though TurboTax displays the USAA logo along with other institutions, such as Charles Schwab, implying that one can import from them.

How to connect to USAA

Did you reach out to USAA?  Possibly they use a different name for importing to TurboTax, or are no longer a partner for 2024.

If you're trying to import 1099's, you can save your 1099 info from USAA as a PDF file on your computer.

Then make a one-line manual entry for 1099-INT totals and for 1099-DIV totals.

If you're using TurboTax Online, you can attach a copy of your 1099-B in the Stock Sales section (screenshot).

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, and have too many stock transactions to manually enter, here's How to Enter a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions.

How to connect to USAA

It’s Intuit’s website that shows the USAA logo. They used to be able to download from USAA. If they can no longer do so they should remove the logo.

I did try searching on “united” (for United Services Automobile Association) but that didn’t work either. USAA has over 13 million members.

Maybe you should consider the possibility that the problem is on Intuit’s end.
