How to answer the following question on Turbo Tax, " Let's get some details about this loan".

I only received one Form 1098 for 2022. I refinanced the original loan a few years ago in 2020. For tax year 2022. do I answer the following question as this loan is a refinance of a previous loan or this loan is neither of these? Prior question was if this is the most recent form for this loan, in which I answered Yes.

Yes you are correct.  The refinance would have been reported in 2020.

Thank you for your response but to clarify. I will answer the question for the current loan as this loan is neither of these (not a refinance of a previous loan or HELOC).

The loan I currently have was not the original loan when I purchased the house in 2017.

Yes, you would answer the question by choosing that the current loan is neither of these.
