how to add the country to the file tab at the end of the return , it wont let me select a country from the drop down tab

its on the order summary page, it wont let me confirm payment without the country box filled in

If you're filing with a Foreign Address, and can't enter Billing Info, this issue is currently being addressed by our developers.
