Is the old computer completely dead yet?  Can you get your tax files copied to a flash drive or do you back up your files to a cloud location?

You have to install the software on the new computer.  If you purchased a disc, you would use that or if you downloaded it from TurboTax, use this link to access your purchased software.

If you can copy the tax file to the flash drive - do it.  Then plug the flash drive into the new Windows 10.   Open the TurboTax 2019 software on the new computer and click on the File menu at the top.   Then choose Open Tax Return.   If you don't see your return in the list, choose Find Tax File and then select the USB drive you plugged the flash drive into and then select your tax return from the flash drive.

Then save a copy to the new computer.  Click on File again at the top and then Save As.
