How do I transfer a license to a new computer?

Level 14 and that useless link is your answer? Sorry, I'm sure you just fired off an answer and was sure it would be good but I think he was looking for something like this:

click on Products & Billing

click on The TurboTax link there. 

Pick the tax year you want, then Licenses and downloads

There you can find the license code and copy it to the clipboard. Then you can install it on (your new) computer. I just did the same thing for 2024 so I could do 2025 taxes and refer back to the 2024 year too

Seriously? THAT'S your answer? Your link doesn't even work because you copied in wrong.

The POINT is you CAN'T transfer your license code to a new computer; you have to install the product on the new computer and use one of your five codes.

What you suggested WILL work but you will still wind up using another one of your allotted 5 installs.
