How do i TRANSFER 2019 BUSINESS TAX RETURN INFO INTO 2020 BUSINESS PROGRAM? MINE ISN'T LOADING.

Mine isnt either, pissing me off. shows 2019 income but will not transfer expenses, depreciation?
