How do I set payment and filing date to June 17, 2024 (San Diego County resident)

I want to electronically pay my taxes near 6/17/24 (this years deadline for San Diego County residents).   Turbo tax premier has automatically changed my payment date to 4/28/24.   How can I set the electronic payment (direct electronic withdrawal to sometime in early June, 2024?

You could say you will mail a check.  Then pay online when you want directly at the IRS at

Thank you!   I'll try that out.    Or I guess I could always just mail a check if that's the only way to submit up till our delayed deadline.
