How do I open a return 2021 to apply a service code? File option is not available on left in Turbotax home page

When you log in to TurboTax Online, you should see an option to continue your return where you left off. Once you select to do so, you'll see your 2021 Taxes option on the left side, select the arrow to see the File option.

If your return has been completed, you are unable to input a service code after filing.

@giagiacumo  What do you mean complete?  Have you filed your tax return and was it Accepted?

If you haven't efiled or mailed your return or it rejected you can go back in to finish and change anything you want.  Do not click on Amend!

Click on Add a State to let you back into your return.

From Tax Home (the first screen you see after you sign in), scroll down to Your tax returns & documents. You may have to select Show to open the drop down.

Select 2021, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this is just the workaround).
