Checking the status of your Turbo Tax fees is easy.
Still having trouble finding my "tools bar"
Tax Tools and Tools are down the left side of the screen in a black border. Follow these directions.

It looks like you don’t have any fees currently. This is what it says when I check my fees. Does this mean Turbo tax has received my refund?
@Defdreamzs If you used "Pay with my Refund" option, you would have to check your refund status on the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site, to see if your refund has been sent.
Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account. With your fees being deducted, this can add a few days to that timeframe.
So once Santa Barbara Tax Products Group receives your refund from the IRS, they will take out the fee and send to your financial institution.
Where’s My Refund? has a tracker that displays progress through 3 stages:
(1) Return Accepted "Received," (2) Refund Approved and (3) Refund Sent.

When will I get my IRS tax refund?
Was I charged for 2019 tax return
Log into your TurboTax account. If you have filed, you should be able to scroll down and click on View Order Details. This will provide you with an invoice of payment for your return.
If you have not yet filed, review the three steps in the File menu. Step #1 reviews the payment information for the TurboTax software.
It shows a breakdown of my fees but how can I tell if they were actually paid?
@Kate729833 You can check your financial institution to see if the charge has been debited. If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, that process will happen once the IRS issues it and is processed by a third party - Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG).
