How do I give direct feedback to TurboTax about one of their customer service reps?

I called to ask a question about my taxes not being paid and she was completely unhelpful and tried to get me off the phone as fast as possible. Then proceeded to stay on the line so I couldn't answer the customer service survey. Sat there huffing and puffing for 20 minutes straight until my phone dropped the call.

@jwanner74 , whereas I cannot directly help you, I have forwarded your post to powers be -- you should hear from someone at Intuit .  I am sorry for your bad experience
