How do I find out if I filed single or head of household

If you have already filed, the filing status is across the very top of the page of your 1040 form.

If you didn't print it, go back into Turbotax and print a copy for your records.  You can just select Preview.  The 1040 will be on the second page (the first page is a summary by TurboTax).
