It is on 1040SR line 30_recovery rebate credit

Complete your federal tax return.  When complete the program takes you to the Federal Review section where the stimulus payment question is asked.

Note - If your 2021 Adjusted Gross Income is above the maximum to be eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit the stimulus question will not be asked.

• Single or married filing separately—$80,000
• Married filing jointly or qualifying widow(er)—$160,000
• Head of household—$120,000

I forgot 1040-SR line 30 " Recovery Rebate Credit" was a reconciliation item based on 2021 income.

Our 2021 income was over the limit. This is why TurboTax skip asking the question.
