Thanks. I tried that. It generates an Error 20 (TCP timeout). It has for days. The email from IDNotify doesn't take me there - it takes me to TurboTax, I assume for a reason.
You will have to contact support at IDnotify. No one from this forum or TurboTax can assist on a IDnotify issue.

In a roundabout way, I came across this link that WORKS!!! The alert link is worthless!

Maybe someone in customer service will eventually care enough to get the alert emails corrected.
