How can I fill in the part of File>Country it doesn’t let me choose or write a country to continue and it says required

If you have a foreign address, you need to select Foreign country as the address type.   Once you do that, you can enter the details of your foreign address.   Look for the field that mentions the TYPE of mailing address you have.   See image below:

I did choose foreign country and put every information. But it still asks me. What should I do?
