TURBOTAX SUCKS SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT FIND CERTAIN TAX SITUATIONS, ON HOLD FOR HOURS TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

HORRIBLE TURBOTAX

Yeah, but I don't think you're going to find another income tax preparation software company that has any better customer service. You're pretty much on your own with DIY developers.
