You can use the Account Recovery tool below to get back in and reset everything.  Once you are back in your account go to Intuit Account settings, review your settings, and enter the current phone number into your profile.

To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  When using the Account Recovery tool, since you do not have the same phone number, then run the tool on any email addresses you can still access.  Or you can go right to the "Try something else" method that I describe at the end of this posting.   In either case, it's necessary to first log out and clean your browser as I describe in bold below:

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on any email address(es) that you can access,  here's another method:

Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

If you can get into your account, you can go to Intuit Account and the account settings to update choices for phone, email, texts, two-step verification (if desired), etc.  If you can't get into the account using one of the methods above (either the Account Recovery tool or the "Try Something Else" method), then phone TurboTax Customer Support for assistance:

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8 PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.

You can use this contact form to get a phone number.

If you are using Free Edition, phone support is not included unless you upgrade to PLUS (29.99).  But you can contact a TurboTax Support agent for free directly via messaging at Twitter or Facebook and let them further advise you.
