Help with my import

My Merrill Lynch broker 1099 will not import, it keeps telling me to contact Merrill Lynch. I have 2 Edge accts and one Wealth mgt acct which I cannot import my 1099’s.

2 of the 3 I have no problems. 
is this a Merrill Lynch issue of Turbo Tax???

It is not a TurboTax issue.

The issue could be with the statements not be ready for import from ML (even though they are available online) or an incorrect username or password.
