Hello, I got this error: "turbotax was unable to send your return to the intuit electronic filing center, for the following reason: cancelled." Why am I getting this?

I have updated my software and restarted both the program and my computer and I still have the same error message.

Issue was with state return, I was able to efile federal return but impossible to efile state return due to attachments.  Must be paper filed.
