Tax Year Prior to 2020: Have anyone received their stimulus check on their TurboTax card? Since TurboTax can not seem to give us an answer!

Did anyone else enter the deposit info successfully , then get locked out of the IRS site and still remains locked out. I was able to enter my info and access the site 2 times after that, then was locked for "24 hours" it's been 2 days now and same message

@Metamoore34 -- if you are confident that the correct bank info is at the website, what are you trying to accomplish by rechecking?  let it go for a week - the direct deposit is not going to appear overnight!

It’s not fair I requested direct deposit..they said it’ll be DD to my bank account but now it’s saying I gotta get an check mailed to me!! I’m sick of this stuff when people really need it. And bills steady piling up!! Ain’t know telling when that check will make it to me 😭

I will not be using TurboTax next year now they are mailing my check smdh. TurboTax really screwed a loyal 7 year customer here

 Check the IRS website and update your bank information 

 AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.  Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

I did that on Wednesday, then it locked me out for 2 days and now it's saying it's mailing me a check

It told me it was successfully changed and when I checked it an hour after I entered it...it told me it would be deposited into account ending **** now it's saying a check will be mailed
