Has anyone figured out how to report a bug? The customer support do not seem to know either - I've talked to 3 different people. All agree that there is a problem

The insurance premium amount will not save in the rental section.  All other data does save, just not this one.  Demonstrated it to 3 different CSRs, but none know how I can log this bug.

A useful remedy to many application issues is to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies.   A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.  If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Safari or Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.

In my experience,  clearing cache or using another browser will not fix a bug. But to humor the support staff at TT, I did both.  Cleared cache and bug still exists on 3 different browsers on 3 different devices. 

 

It seems there is no way to report a real bug and everyone there tells me to clear my cache.
