Are you using TurboTax online, or TurboTax desktop?
What issue or error are you getting when transmitting your return? Are you getting a specific message?
I'm getting the same error message when I tried to efile. It says, "Failed_Validation. There is an update available for your version of TurboTax. Before you can file electronically, you'll need to get this update. To do this go to the Online menu and select Check for updates."
I did this and it said I'm up to date and no updates available.
