I got the same error. I have a second mortgage which i took out long time ago.
I forgot both of mortgage is less than $750000. It's was working fine last year with both mortgage 980 form.
I am having this same issue - I cannot reccomend TT anymore if this does not get rectified soon. I have been a consistent customer and this is extremely frustrating.. TT you are going to lose a good customer and many others..will have to go try other service providers now.
Same problem as above, same frustration. I don't see any way to be alerted while waiting for it to be fixed, which adds to the frustration because now I have to check back every couple of days to see if I can file yet. And as others have said, having two 1098s worked fine last year. It's a mortgage and a HELOC which isn't at all an unusual situation. I'm waiting to file until this is done. If I wanted to file by mail, I could do it myself without giving Intuit $40+. I've always recommended website Turbo Tax as the easy way to go, and I understand that bugs happen, but I'm losing confidence.

How do I apply for notifications? And is there a date when this update will be available?
Sounds like the fix is scheduled for the next sprint. That's not good news for us folks needing to do our taxes.
What's the next sprint? As of two days ago it said within 14 days for a fix.
Sorry unfamiliar with TT parlance..what is the next "sprint"?
It is a term used in software development. It is a regularly scheduled period when a software team scurry to finish a set amount of work.
Does 2 weeks fit that time period?
Where do you sign up for notifications? Also, not finding this form fix listed under the "State Forms Availability" page.
I followed the link to the article and found no way to sign up for email updates on this issue. Also, that page has a badge that says "Solved" but this issue has definitely not been solved for me. I have updated the software and continue to be stuck on this step with this message in the review process.
Anybody receive an update regarding this error message? Unless TurboTax provides a fix, our CA tax won’t get e-filed.
