Gambling Winning From VA But Live in NC (Form 763)

I reside in NC but won gambling winnings from VA. I am filing a non-resident tax return (Form 763), but the adjusted gross income is displaying what was entered on my federal return. Why is that, if my wage earnings was not earned in VA only the gambling winnings?

Turbox Tax is saying, "Form 763: NR Alloc pct, line 1B must be entered", but I am not sure what to enter here. Line 1B is says, wages, salaries, tips, etc. and column heading reads "Virginia Sources".  If I try to skip it, when TurboTax does the state checks for errors it brings this back up again.

Your gambling winnings would be the income you want to allocate to VA so you are only taxed in VA on your gambling winnings.
