Form 8960 error saga

My return was accepted on 2/19. I already received my state refund.  But as of 3/5, I see that my refund is has not yet been approved. 
so it has been 14 days.

I received my IRS refund on Friday. You can follow up on the IRS website to see the status of your refund.

How long after your state refund did your federal refund arrive ? Have you received it yet? IRS to go says still saying it’s in the first stage . I don’t know that’s it’s always accurate.

I apply my Fed refund to 2023 so I don't get a refund check.  Sorry I can't answer your question.

California refund received 2/28 and IRS refund received 3/3.

IRS refund is carried over every year and has been accurately carried each year.  I do not usually check with the IRS as I have never had a problem with the carry forward amount.  When I did call them a couple years back, everything was in order.

My tax forms were finally accepted on February 20th - however as of March 8th I have not received my refund. I checked the IRS website, and it shows my tax forms are being processed but have not yet been approved. I am thinking there still is a problem with the IRS form 8960. Has anyone who had to file form 8960 (even though you did not have any investment income like me) gotten a refund?

I filed with form 8960 and I have received both my state and IRS refunds.
