Form 5695 Error

When I click on Smart Check, it shows 4 missing entries. Turbo Tax says line 17 b needs the address, City, State, and zip code, but shows those as line 17d. When I enter the missing data and save it, Turbo Tax doesn't pull it in. I've tried multiple times! No customer support for their programming error?

I get the same error message.  No support so far outside of TurboTax pushing me to purchase premium support.

There is a known issue related to the address field in Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits that is under investigation.
