Form 3853, This form asks for an ECN number in which I already entered. When I go to submit it keeps bringing me back to the same page. What am i missing?

I already received the ECN from covered california. The number has been entered and submitted, however wont go through and keeps bringing me back to the form 3853. I scrolled down and didnt see anywhere else I can input anything.

I cannot seem to replicate the issue you are experiencing, so please try to clear your cache and delete your cookies. You can also try to use another browser to complete your return. 

If you are still having an issue, you can try to delete the Form 3853 using the instructions here. Then, go back through your California return and enter all the relevant information regarding your health insurance exemption (including your ECN number) and the completed form should be added back automatically.
