Form 1099R

As of this morning I am still unable to enter my 1099R information. Am I failing to do an updaye syep?

You can sign out and log back in again.

If there are any updates, they will come through.

I'm not aware of others having issues with 1099-R's

• Are you on Desktop and trying to enter directly into the Form?
• This is not correct.
• Make entries in the Step by Step mode.
• There are checks and balances when entered this way.
