where can I upload Form 1042-S with income come 29 ?

The income code is 29 which according to the bank is for bonus interest received

Form 1042-s

Enter Interest without 1099-INT:

  1. Open your return.
  2. Click on Federal tab.
  3. Click on Wages & Income.
  4. Click on Edit/Add next to Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-K, Crypto)
  5. Enter a different way.
  6. Click on Interest box, then Continue.
  7. Type it myself.
  8. Enter Payer's name.
  9. Enter amount of Interest in Box 1, then Continue.
  10. Answer Do any of these uncommon situations apply?, then Continue.

Form 1042-s

I want to file an amendment to include the 1042 form,  can I also follow the steps for it?

Form 1042-s

The form 1042-S has different codes and the incomes must be entered in the correct spot. If yours is also code 29, enter a 1099-int. See 1042S Codes Explained. You are welcome to reply with the code or income type for more help.
