Filing Form 1041

I am preparing my deceased mother's final tax return using TurboTax Deluxe and I am required to file Form 1041.  Form 1041 is only available in the Business version so I purchased the version as well. My questions are, when filing her taxes, do I submit the Federal and State forms under the Deluxe Version and separately submit Form 1041 under the Business Version? Or should they be combined and submitted as one return? Please advise. Thank you.

Separately. The 1040 and 1041 are two entirely different types of returns. 

If printing and mailing, do NOT mail them in the same envelope.
