I am trying to file my federal and state returns. I get to the payment screen which shows the state filing fee. I select continue and then choose to pay with my credit card. Next I am taken to the Intuit payment portal. I enter the payment info and then TurboTax takes me back to the payment screen. My choices are "Back" or "Continue". I select continue and am taken to the payment choice screen where I select credit card again. I am taken to the Intuit payment portal again where I am told Intuit has restored my filing. I select close and am returned to the payment screen. So I'm in a loop. I'm using TurboTax Deluxe and updated the software this morning. Please advise.

What tax year are you filing? If this is for a tax year prior to 2019 your only option is to file by mail.

Close the TurboTax 2019 program after saving your tax return. Re-boot your computer and then access the TurboTax program again. If the problem persists then contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.
