I didn’t realize when I filed taxes last year I filed married but separately. So does that mean my Husband didn’t file taxes last year? Do I need to amend my taxes from last year?

If you filed MFS for 2018 and your spouse did not also file MFS then he did not file. It is possible for you to amend the MFS return that you filed so that the two of you have a joint return for 2018.

A 1040X cannot be e-filed. It must be printed and mailed. It will take about 4 months for the IRS to process an amended return. It is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it, like UPS or certified mail, so you will know it was received.
Wait about 3 weeks from mailing and you can check the status of your amended return:

Thank you. So it’s just a regular 1040 not 1040X. So I’m filing now and it keeps getting rejected saying the AGI doesn’t match but I’m looking at last years return and it’s the same so I went to the IRS website and got a transcript for 2018 and there it says I filed MFJ and it has a different AGI. I filed on turbo tax last year too so all the info is on here. If the transcript says I MFJ do I just leave 2018 return alone?
Sounds like you just got confused about the filing status you used last year, and actually did file a joint return. Or maybe you started a MFS return and then changed and used a different account and actually filed MFJ from that account. Did you enter all of the income from both of you on that MFJ return? Does the total amount of income seem right for the combined income for each of you?
If you filed late, the AGi might not have made it into the system (even if the transcript is showing it) -- so if the amount you see on the transcript does not let you e-file 2019, try "zero". If zero does not work either, then you have to print, sign and mail the 2019 return. And if you have to do that, both spouses need to sign.
