File Status Rejected

I have tried numerous times to e-file my 2021 federal tax but received rejected notifications each time.  I have confirmed my 2020 AGI and created a PIN but am receiving the error message IND-031-04.  I understand the next option should be to print and file by mail but at this point I would like to rectify the situation before settling for option 2.  Can you provide another suggestion?

That happened to me last year and I ended up filing through snail mail.  My son tried to get it through several times and they still kicked it out.  We never did find out why they kicked mine out.  Just bite the bullit and file with snail mail.  It is less painfull and your return will get done faster!!  Good Luck!!
