Bartender with 4 kids and no money since March 29th bc ohio isn't caught up on unemployment for self employed!! What should I do? Is there anything I can do? I've applied for all kinds of help, about to lose everything!!

The regular IRS live assistance centers are closed due to Coronavirus situation.    But the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service offices are still taking phone calls, at least in most states.   They are especially prone to help if you have a hardship.  They may be able to tell you the reason for the delay, and in some instances can help tweak things.

At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your area's IRS Taxpayer Advocate.

Yes  that's what it's showing, I was a dependent in2018.. 2019 I'm HOH so I should be good, just can't get anything until it's done.. thank you for the information I'll try monday
