The IRS believes that you (or a dependent listed on the tax return) should be reporting a form 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement on your tax return.

You may be able to find a 1095-A form by signing in to your healthcare.gov account and downloading it.

Perhaps the form has not yet been mailed out or was mailed to a different address.
