ETSY changed categories for transaction fees from commissions to other business exp so comparison to last year is off...is that a red flag?
2019 commission was 500,, now its zero and other exp is up 500...

No, that will not be a red flag for the IRS. If you would like to, you can continue to enter the transaction fees as commissions. You aren't required to conform to Etsy's way of classifying expenses.
