I'm reporting a problem with the https://turbotax.intuit.com. Hoping that tech support would read it (or it can be passed to them).
I'm having a problem accessing the site (link above) quite frequently. Instead of the web page it renders blue page with the error message
"Oops! We ran into an issue. Please try again later.".
This is NOT the browser/cookies/computer issue. I've tried all. The problem randomly comes and goes without any apparent reason.
I've noticed that it might be related to my geographical location. I often get this error when connecting from Ireland, although if I use VPN with US proxy, error seems to go away (I say "seems" b/c I've tried only a few times so far).
Please investigate. It makes it really difficult to work.
