Nine states — Alaska, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wyoming — have no state income taxes.
As your state Nevada has no state income tax, it isn't in the dropdown menu of Box 13 of form W-2-G. Just leave boxes 13 and 14 blank even if NV is listed in box 13 and box 14 is filled with an amount on your form W-2-G.

I tried to leave it blank but kept getting a message that that box needed to be filled in. Had to click Continue and then go back to the screen numerous times before it was accepted as blank.
If I fill in blank for box 13 on W-2G for Neveda, TurboTax showing error. What should I do?
Are there any entries in Boxes 14-17? If they are all blank, then Box 13 can be blank too.
If there is an amount in Box 14 -17, you need to have an entry in Box 13. You can use the same Payer's TIN reported under the Payer's name and address. @Aru1
Thanks, Dawn.
They (boxes 14-17) are all zeros. The problem is that when I run the error check, it is flagging as error.
Can you clarify if you have anything listed in box 13? As DawnC stated, if box 13 has an entry and boxes 14-17 are blank, you can delete the entry in box 13.
