e-filing return with Form 1116 Scheduole B

I've waited for this form to be available.  Today is the date that TurboTax indicated that Form will be ready for paper or e-filing.    I want to e-file the return, but now TurboTax indicates that it does not support e-filing with Form 1116.  Will this be available for efiling?  If so, when?  If not, why did TurboTax indicate that it would be for so long?

Form 1116 Schedule B is print only and is scheduled to be available on 3/31/2022.

Last year I was able to efile with TurboTax with the exact same Form 1116 Schedule B.  What has changed? If my foreign tax credit is zero (all carried over) is there a way to e-file?

There is not a way to e-file as long as the form will need to included within the return.
