E-filing - No issue date for drivers license but TT requires it

During e-filing - TT is asking for license expiration and issue date.

We live in Florida. There is an expiration date on the license but NO issue date, and no way to indicate in TT that there isn't an issue date.

How to proceed?

Just indicate you do not have a license or state ID and continue. The federal return does not require a license or state ID to file and most all states do not require this either.

I need to load TT 2023 to reprint returns but am being required to reactivate the software. I get an error saying the license code is assigned to a different account.
