E-File LLC Partnership return 1065

Hi all,

Is there any solution for NY partnership e-file return.? 

I cannot go through even there is no error.

I just looked at the NYS form availability  list   and found this info.....good old NYS DTF waiting till last minute

This is ridiculous, how can we get this late into the tax season and the form is not available until almost the last day.

I am having the exactly the same issue. After I have signed the form, and then attached it to the return I'm receive the same error; how can the 8453-PE, Partnership Declaration be unsupported? It has always been supported in the previous editions of TurboTax Business.

Will this issue get remediated before the business tax deadline? COME on TurboTAX/INTUIT GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!

I'm a NY business owner and also having this same issue so I eFiled the Federal return at it went through but the NY state will not go through the eFile process.

well today is 3/3/2023 and the still cant eFile my NY state return.

I suggest contacting your partnership's HQ office, or log in to their website.  Ask if you can download a *.txf file of your Form 1065/K-1.  That worked for me.

This is an issue with my return also.  Has anyone come up with a solution to this problem?

Same issue here... Now the table says 3/10....Cutting it way too close.. Seriously Turbotax needs to correct this. Ridiculous,

Same issues here.  Was able ro file the Federal, but not NY return for my LLC.  No errors in my return.  Just not taking the e-file

Now that the date has moved again (to 3/10) I have twoadditional questions:

1. Does Turbotax recommend we all file for an extension, just in case the 3/10 date gets moved again? And if so, can we do that through the software?

2. Has anyone actually called NYS and verified whether this is a problem with NYS or with TurboTax?  In other words, are they accepting efile from other software??

NYS Partnership returns are still rejected as of this morning. NJ and Federal went through without hitch. As NY deadline is fast approaching, it is URGENT that TurboTax takes care of this problem. This is the first year this is happening. My guess is , may be, NY is still not ready!

Same problem a tmarz. Won't accept the NY State 1065 under ANY circumstances. Followed all the steps of the EXPERT??? and nothing works.

TurboTax this is on YOU --- fix it NOW or refund everyone that is not able to E-file!!!!!!!!!

This does not appear to be an isolated incident.

When are you going to fix NYS as we are required to file on-line otherwise a penalty. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP.
