E-file gets rejected

Hello

I entered the correct AGI (from IRS transcript) but my e-file kept on getting rejected.  I gave up back in February and sent a paper copy but IRS doesn't seem to have processed my return.  So I tried to e-file this evening but, once again, it was rejected.  I'm really baffled why my e-file doesn't go through IRS.

I appreciate if somebody can give me an idea.

DO NOT EFILE,  if you already mailed.  It is taking the IRS a very long time this year.  All you can do now is wait.
