e-file gets rejected

Hello

I'm entering my 2020 AGI exactly as it's on my tax return but twice my e-file for 2021 has been declined. I didn't e-file 2020.

Can someone please help?

Thank you for sending the information. I've contacted the IRS to get a transcript of my 2020 return to see what's going on.
