Does anyone know if a used EV can be claimed on federal or NYS taxes? I purchased a 2021 EV in Oct. 2022.

This car was owned by someone for 2 months prior to my purchase. I bought it from a dealer.

For tax year 2022 only the original owner can claim the EV credit.
