Dependents

• If i have four children but am only am claiming two of them do i still need to put their info down under my dependents but somehow not claim them?? because i need to add there info for the child care credit that i paid for child care for all of children.

If you enter the information for all the dependents as you enter it turbo tax will ask you questions about the dependents and what you are allowed to claim them for etc.  Just pay attention to all the questions about how many months they have lived with you and if you have an agreement with a former spouse etc.
