I need to file my taxes and I would like to include my step-daughter as dependent.
She doesn't have SSN or ITIN at the moment, but her application for SSN has been files together with other documents for green card processing. If I am not mistaking together with I-765 form.
How should I file in this case? Thanks

You will not be able to file for your step daughter until the immigration process is complete and a Social Security number issued to her. For now, you will just have to wait for that process to complete.
Can I file now without step-daughter as dependent but file return adjustment later, when she gets SSN?
Or 4/15/2020 is the last date to file?
You would do well to file an extension until October 15th to file your taxes. This is an extension for filing, not for paying any taxes due. Interest and penalties will accrue from April 15th. So if you have a balance due, you need to pay any balance due with the extension.
You can complete the extension in TurboTax and mail it to the IRS by April 15, 2020.
In the search box at the top of the page, enter extend and click the Jump to link
As long as you receive her SSN and file by the extended due date of the return, you will be fine.
