Re: CO EV credit

Hello I know that the federal EV credit comes with a AGI requirement but does the state of CO match the federal stipulations or are there no AGI caps?

Hi @Pbenitez12 Thanks for the question!

It looks like the CO credit does not have an income cap. Colorado EV Credit I found this link on the Colorado website. In that link 4 paragraphs down is a Google doc labelled FYI Income 69 that breaks down everything for you.
