CD download for MAC not generating federal filing instructions. I have the latest version. Is Turbo Tax going to create these?

Try Save to PDF.  The instructions should be on the first page.

I reinstalled the software and now the filing instructions are being generated.  Thank you for your response.

That doesn't work.  One of the responses said uninstall and reinstall software and they got it to work, but have done that and still does not work.

and the first page of the pdf is the tax return not the filing instructions.

Did you print this way?

Top menu bar -> File -> Print -> Returns for filing
