When trying to log in to TurboTax, the only option I have is "Your tax returns and documents" with my previous years tax returns. Anyone else having this issue? I've cleared cookies, cache & tried different browsers and devices.

It appears there is an issue with TurboTax Online at the moment.

I am having this same issue now (as of 1/12/26) - Everything was fine until I cleared my return to start over. Now, I cannot start over. When I click start for free, nothing happens. I have cleared the browser, tried other browsers and restarted computer multiple times.
