Cannot pay for Turbotax with credit card

I live outside the US, but I still have a US bank account. When I try to pay for the Turbotax services with this bank account it says "we are having trouble authorizing your credit card".

I changed my current address to the international address (in my info section), but I am entering the US billing address when I am trying to pay for Turbotax.

How can I make this work?

There's a hyphen in my last name in the card, and the webiste just allows letters, so that may be the problem. How can I solve that?

HI. I suggest setting up a paypal account that is directed to charge your credit card.  I have had no problems with international transactions.  good luck

Could another person pay for the services of Turbotax with his/her US card for me?

You can use someone's credit card to pay your TurboTax fees as long as they agree to it, and it is a U.S bank.
